 The story spins around the lives of two ladies, Sheetal and Suniti, set in the setting of a corporate battle between two distributing houses. The story opens with ferocious rivalry between two distributing houses - UPC and Hands. Their film magazines 'Darpan' and 'Lipstick' are controlled by Sheetal and Suniti, separately. While Suniti has confidence in giving just obvious stories to her perusers, Sheetal manufactures and sensationalizes stories to give positive exposure to film stars and procure their courtesy.
